إخلاء سبيل 79 متهمًا بنشر أخبار كاذبة بضمان محل الإقامة

قررت الجهات المختصة، إخلاء سبيل 79 متهمًا بضمان محل الإقامة احتياطيًا على ذمة التحقيقات التى تُجرى معهم بمعرفة النيابة العامة فى اتهامهم بنشر أخبار كاذبة من شأنها تكدير السلم العام.

سبق، وجهت الجهات المختصة إليهم ارتكاب جرائم نشر أخبار كاذبة من شأنها تهديد السلم العام، والدعوة إلى تعطيل أحكام الدستور والقوانين ومنع مؤسسات الدولة والسلطات العامة من ممارسة أعمالها.
